INTRODUCTION.
One writer say" Ignorance is the night of the mind, and it is so dark that in that night shine no moon nor stars. The truth of the Bible is plain to see, but as the Japanese say" eyes cause men not to see" Because the truth of the Bible can only be seen with the eyes of the soul. Some religious people reminded me of two mating frogs who get stuck to each other and cannot let go. Religious people sometime get stuck up on a doctrine and never be able to see the truth, and cannot move on. Your physical eyes might not see God truth even though it read it day by day. This book is not written to convince a Sabbath keeper, nor to brought them over into Sunday worship. In fact this book is not even for the eyes of a Sabbath keeper to see. This book is written to keep my people from going over. And become Sabbath keepers. It is for your eyes only. The reason I am writing this book. In the days of my early conversion I began giving out gospel tracts in the street. Every day I would meet people from the Seventh Day Adventist Church who told me that I was not saved unless I kept the Sabbath day holy. I became confused. Some of my friends even left the faith, and some went from one religion to the next not knowing what to believe. I decided to dig deep into the Bible to find the answer. The more I studied, the more I found the truth. After a while I was able to defend myself biblically. Later, I was called to the ministry. I went to the Jamaican Open Bible Institute. I studied there for three and a half years. After I left there, I served twice as a pastor and once as Evangelist in other denominations. Because of my past encounter with other religions and the pain I suffered with them, I decided to write this book to prepare other young Christians to intelligently deal with Sabbath keepers and to make a stand and defend the faith that we were called to believe. My writing is not to condemn people in the Seventh Day religion. It is not to tear down their religion, but to show the other side of the truth.
HOW TO ANSWER A SABBATHS KEEPER.
Romans 14:5 says " One man esteemeth one day above another, another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind." Galatians 4:21-AV Tell me, ye that desire to be under the law, do ye not hear the law?
Neh 9:34 Neither have our kings, our princes, our priests, nor our fathers, kept thy law, nor hearkened unto thy commandments and thy testimonies, wherewith thou didst testify against them.
Act 7:53 Who have received the law by the disposition of angels, and have not kept it.
Joh 7:19 Did not Moses give you the law, and yet none of you keepeth the law? Why go ye about to kill me? Joh 7:20 The people answered and said, Thou hast a devil: who goeth about to kill thee?
BACKGROUND AND FOUNDER.
There are many branches of Adventist. Some are like the Baptist, but keep their Sabbath also.
THE ADVENTIST RELIGION:
There are many founders, but the main one we want to look at is Mrs. Ellen G. Whyte. She was the most outstanding leader until her death in 1915.
WHAT DOES THE WORD SABBATH MEAN?
Means rest after working. ( Or to finish work.) God set aside the seventh day to rest, but he also set aside several other days that are kept as the Sabbath. Lev.23:39 " So the Sabbaths is many and not just one day." Exod. 31:13" Speak unto the children of Israel saying, my Sabbaths ye shall keep.)( Not one day, but many Sabbaths."
WHO WAS TOLD TO KEEP THE SABBATH?
The word Sabbath was used in the Bible for the first time,
xod.16:23-30. The Israelites complained that they were hungry and God gave then Manna. Moses told them to gather enough for the next day would be the Sabbath. It is important to know that God gave the Sabbath to Israel. Neh 9:13-14. The Sabbath is a sign of an agreement between God and the Israelites to last forever
Exod 31: 12-17. God did not give the sign of a Sabbath to the gentiles or the church of God. Many people cannot see that God divided man into three groups. Jews, gentiles, and the church of God. I cor. 10;32. The law was enforced from Moses to Christ.
Rom 10:4 Note that God said that he will put an end to her Sabbath. Hosea 2 :11. This was fulfilled in lam. 2:6. The Sabbath was given to Jewish people, and will be important again during the time of the Great tribulation. Matt.24:20. The Sabbath will be kept during the 1000 year reign of Christ. Because the Sabbath they had in those days is typical of the millennium. The Lamb points to Christ., and the Sabbath points to the 1000 years of peace. Isaiah 66:23, Eze.46:1.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO KEEP THE SABBATH?
It is to be kept from sundown to sundown. The people did not go out of their homes. Exod.16:29-30. No fire is to be lit by the children of Israel on that day. Exod.35:5. If you are going to keep the Sabbath, you have to do it the way the Bible says it is to be done for whosoever offends in one point is guilty of all. No journey is to be taken that day by them. A Sabbath day journey was a short one. They are supposed to remain in their tents
Exod.16:29-30. The Sabbath is a shadow of things to come. Col.2:14-17
James 2:10-AV For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one [point], he is guilty of all )( You cannot keep the Sabbath your way, if you are going to keep it you must do it God's way.
YOU CANNOT KEEP THE SABBATH YOUR WAY
Matthew 23:23-AV Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier [matters] of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
NO ONE FROM ADAM TO JACOB KEPT THE SABBATH, WHY?
It's only since the Israelites came out of Egypt, because it is a sign between God and Israel forever. Exod. 31:17
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE LAW?
Rom. 3:19-28 That every mouth might be stopped and all the world might become guilty before God. The law is not made for a righteous man
I Tim I:9. Rom. 3:21-22. Gal 5:18. If you are led by the spirit you are not under law.
Gal 4:21 There are two important things to know when studying about the law. God gave the law of Sabbaths to Israel as a sign between him and them forever. He did not give the Sabbath to the gentiles. We see this when he sent Jonah to Nineveh. He did not tell them to keep the Sabbath, and God did not give the Sabbath to the church either.
Acts 15; 20:17. All the Bible verses about the Sabbath are pictured in some way to the rest we have in Christ. Rom 10:4
DID THE LORD JESUS KEEP THE SABBATH?
He went to the synagogue on the Sabbath because he would find the Jews there. Jesus himself said" My father works and I work." St. John 5:16-18. They kept the law because they wanted salvation. Jesus did not want salvation. He kept the law to fulfill the law, and he is the end of the law. Rom. 10:4. Salvation is deliverance from sin, Jesus did not sin. Heb.4:15
DID THE APOSTLE PAUL KEEP THE SABBATH?
Paul did not keep the Sabbath. He went to the synagogue to preach Christ to the Jews because he could find them there.
I Cor.9:19-23. Paul preached to the Jews and told them in
Acts 13:38-43 "be it known to you therefore men and brethren, that through this man is preached to you the forgiveness of sins and by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses." Just like Jesus, Paul went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day because he could find the Jews there in multitudes, but after they were converted they began to meet on the Lord's
Day. Acts 20:7. If a man is justified by the law, he is fallen from grace Eph.2:8. For by the grace are ye saved through faith not of work lest anyone should boast. Rom. 10:4 For Christ is the end of the law. Note: Everyone knows that a commandment is a law.
DID THE APOSTLES TELL THE GENTILES CHRISTIANS TO KEEP THE LAW OF SABBATHS?
Acts 15:24-AV Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, [Ye must] be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom we gave no [such] commandment: Acts 15:25-AV It seemed good unto us, being assembled with one accord, to send chosen men unto you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul, Acts 15:26-AV Men that have hazarded their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Acts 15:27-AV We have sent therefore Judas and Silas, who shall also tell [you] the same things by mouth. Acts 15:28-AV For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things; Acts 15:29-AV That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well. Nothing was said about keeping the Sabbath. Jesus asked the People of his days. Jo
hn 7:19-AV Did not Moses give you the law, and [yet] none of you keepeth the law? Why go ye about to kill me? Certainly the New Testament did not tell Christians in the apostles days to keep Sabbaths either. Gal 4:9-11. Col.2: 16-17. How do you explain

DID THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL EVER KEEPS THE LAW?
Neh 9:34 Neither have our kings, our princes, our priests, nor our fathers, kept thy law, nor hearkened unto thy commandments and thy testimonies, wherewith thou didst testify against them.
None of them ever keep the law saith the scriptures. These people today ever worse, this verse of scripture is a mouth full, we could just stop this book here.
Leviticus 20:10-AV And the man that committeth adultery with [another] man's wife, [even he] that committeth adultery with his neighbor's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.
John 8:3-AV And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst, John 8:4-AV They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act. John 8:5-AV Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?)( Now look what they did, they left the man, maybe he payed them off. They bring the woman only. Jesus did not even look at them. Jesus says that they never keep the law. John 7:19-AV Did not Moses give you the law, and [yet] none of you keepeth the law? Why go ye about to kill me? Jesus says that none of them keep the law that was given to them by Moses. In NIV 20:10. Both the man and the woman who were caught in the act of adultery were to be killed. But in St. John 8:3-5. The woman only was brought out to be kill.
DOES THE SABBATH KEEPERS TODAY KEEP THE LAW of SABBATHS?
They do not. Some of them open their store in the even on Saturday to make the Saturday money. So why do they string out on the Sabbath and make such a big thing out of it? By being fanatical about one of the commandment, they have distracted others about the other nine. Do you ever hear a Sabbath keeper talk about the other nine? The other nine could go to the devil for all they care. Just like I say" The ten commandments are only a table of contents. There are hundreds of commandments. Here the Lev' began to expound on the laws. Leviticus 19:11-AV Ye shall not steal, neither deal falsely, neither lie one to another. Leviticus 19:12-AV And ye shall not swear by my name falsely, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I [am] the LORD. Leviticus 19:13-AV Thou shalt not defraud thy neighbour, neither rob [him]: the wages of him that is hired shall not abide with thee all night until the morning. Leviticus 19:14-AV Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling block before the blind, but shalt fear thy God: I [am] the LORD. Leviticus 19:15-AV Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: [but] in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbor. Leviticus 19:16-AV Thou shalt not go up and down [as] a talebearer among thy people: neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy neighbor: I [am] the LORD. Leviticus 19:17-AV Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbor, and not suffer sin upon him. Leviticus 19:18-AV Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself: I [am] the LORD.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A JEW AND A CHRISTIAN?
A Christian is a person that believes in Jesus as messiah and accept him as Savior whether he is a Jew or gentiles. One is a Christian by belief and faith. One is a Jew by race. Not by religion as some believe. Some people say that the Israelites are different from the Jews. The ten tribes are Israel, and the other two tribes are the Jews. I don't care. As far as I am concern they are all the Sons of Israel. Therefore, the Sabbaths are a sign between God and the Israelites to last forever Exodus 31:17. I think all Seventh Day Adventist cannot read the book of Galatians and Colossians or the new testament on a whole.
THE MAKING OF A DOCTRINE.
Before a person can establish a doctrine, they have to have at least two verses of scripture, one from the Old Testament and one from the New Testament that are saying the same thing. If You find two verses in the new testament that are saying the same thing, and do not find it in the Old, it is Ok. Because in the Old Testament, The New testament was concealed. And in the New testament the Old testament is explained. If You find the verses in the Old Testament and cannot find a back up in the New Testament then that doctrine is done away with. Just like the sacrifice of animals in the O.T. You must be able to say as it was in the O.T. So it is in the NT.
WHEN YOU STUDY THE SCRIPTURE LOOK WHO IS SPEAKING.
When you study the scriptures look, who is speaking and what they are saying, and whom they are saying it to. It is also good to read the whole passage. Here is an example. Many people are trying to pass on instruction that was given to them, to other people. God told Ezekiel to bake cake with dung that came out of man and eat it before Israel. Ezek 4:12. Was God talking to all of us? God told Hosea to marry a harlot.
Hosea 1 & 2. Does that mean that all ministers must do that? God told Jeremiah not to marry. Jer.16:1-2. Does that mean that we should remain unmarried? In
1 Kings 20:35-43 here is one of the most remarkable stories. God told a prophet to go out and asks someone to smite him. Does that mean that all of us should go out and ask someone to beat us up, look the first man that smite him wounded him. It is the same thing with the Sabbath it was given to the nation of Israel by God, when they were coming out of the Egyptian bondage. God gave them rest for the four hundred years of slavery that they have under gone in Egypt. It is just like the rainbow. It is a promise by God to Humanity that he would not destroy the world again by water. It is the same thing with the Sabbath, never again will the people of Israel become slave to any nation. Like what happens to them in Egypt.
WHAT DAY DID JESUS REPEATEDLY MEET HIS DISCIPLES ON AFTER HIS RESURRECTION,
AND DOESN'T' THIS INDICATE SOMETHING TO US?
In St. John 20:19-26 Jesus appeared to his disciples on the first day of the week. In St. Mark 16:9 we again see Jesus appearing to Mary Magdalene on the first day of the week. In Acts 2:1 it was the first day of the week that the Holy Spirit descended on the believers. In Acts 20: 7 the disciples meet to worship. Acts 20:7-AV And upon the first [day] of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight. In Rev 1:10 The first day of the week was called the Lord's day.)( Luke 24:1-AV Now upon the first [day] of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulcher, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain [others] with them. 1 Corinthians 16:2-AV Upon the first [day] of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as [God] hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.
IS THE LAW DIVIDED?
Some people say that the law is divided and deferent from the ten commandments. The ten commandments is only a table of contents for the complete law. The Law is one. The law giver is one. God is one. Galatians 5:4-AV Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace. Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God. Eph 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. Roman 10: 4 For Christ is the end of the Law for righteousness-
DO WE FIND THE TEN COMMANDMENTS IN THE NEW TESTAMENT?
As I say before. The Ten commandments is nothing more than the table of contents for the Old Testament laws. For example "Thou shalt not kill" As you began to read the old testament you will find that there are times when people have to kill. There were six cities of refuges establish throughout the borders of Israel for anybody who kill his fellowmen, to run to, and remain there for six years. Numbers 35:10-AV Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come over Jordan into the land of Canaan; Numbers 35:11-AV Then ye shall appoint you cities to be cities of refuge for you; that the slayer may flee thither, which killeth any person at unawares. Numbers 35:12-AV And they shall be unto you cities for refuge from the avenger; that the manslayer die not, until he stand before the congregation in judgment. Numbers 35:13-AV And of these cities which ye shall give six cities shall ye have for refuge. Numbers 35:14-AV Ye shall give three cities on this side Jordan, and three cities shall ye give in the land of Canaan, [which] shall be cities of refuge. Numbers 35:15-AV These six cities shall be a refuge, [both] for the children of Israel, and for the stranger, and for the sojourner among them: that everyone that killeth any person unawares may flee thither.)( Deuteronomy 19:4-AV And this [is] the case of the slayer, which shall flee thither, that he may live: Whoso killeth his neighbor ignorantly, whom he hated not in time past; Deuteronomy 19:5-AV As when a man goeth into the wood with his neighbor to hew wood, and his hand fetcheth a stroke with the axe to cut down the tree, and the head slippeth from the helve, and lighteth upon his neighbor, that he die; he shall flee unto one of those cities, and live: Deuteronomy 19:6-AV Lest the avenger of the blood pursue the slayer, while his heart is hot, and overtake him, because the way is long, and slay him; whereas he [was] not worthy of death, inasmuch as he hated him not in time past.
IS THE TEN COMMANDMENT IN THE NEW TESTAMENT? WHERE?
Nine of that commandments are carried over except one. In the Old Testament? In Exod. 20:3 "Ye shall have no other Gods before me." James 2:9 " There is one God." I Cor.':4 "We know there is only one God." Exod. 20:4-5 Though shall not make unto you any graven image." Please read the rest in the Bible. In the New Testament I JN. 5:21 "Keep yourselves away from idols." Exod. 20:7 "You shall not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain." In the New Testament James 5:12 "Above all things my brethren swear not neither by haven or by earth neither by any other oath. Exod. 20:12, Eph. 6:2, Col. 3:20 says "Honor thy mother and thy father." Exod. 20:13: I JN.3:15 "Thou shalt not kill." Exod.20:16; Rev.21:18 "Thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor," Rev.21-8 "and liars will be cast into the lake of fire." Exod.20:17 "Thou shalt not covet." Eph. 5:3 "Covetousness let it not be named among you as becometh saints." Leviticus 19:18-AV Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself: I [am] the LORD. James 5:9-AV Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door.)( All these commandments are carried over into the new testament except the Sabbath Day. The New Testament did not give an indication that the people of The Church should keep the Sabbath. It is not spelled out in the New Testament like" Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy" And it is not indicated either. I found out that a Sabbath keeper is not concern about the other nine commandments, they only care about the one" Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy.
THE SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST STRONGEST POINT.
The strongest point of the Seventh Day Adventist is that after conversion we became spiritual Jews and should therefore keep the law and the Sabbath. In time past any gentiles who were converted to the Jewish religion were therefore required to keep the law and Sabbath. This saying was spread like wild fire among full gospel Christians, and when they are confronted by the Adventist they fall prey, and became meat for the wolves. Some Christians hide and keep the Sabbath at home and some are baptized again in Jesus name, being greatly confused. We must open our minds to learn, and find time to study.
THE FAMILY OF GOD.
We will therefore look into these words; family sons, engrafted, fold. The family of God is Father, son, Begotten son, and Holy spirit. All of us are engrafted into this family. St. Jn. I:12 As gentiles we share in the blessings of Abraham, and to get into God's family we must accept Jesus. St. Jn. I:12 We therefore become a son of God and joint heir with Jesus. He is therefore not only our God but our brother. Matt. 12:50. What is a family? What is a son?
Rom. 15:7-13 Rejoice ye gentiles with my people before Abraham. God always chose one man to carry the promise of the redeemer. That was given to Adam, Able, Seth, Enoch, and Noah. After the flood he chose Abraham. God promised to bless the world through him. Abraham's first son was Ishmael, and his second son was Isaac the son of promise. Isaac had two sons Essau and Jacob. Jacob was the one to carry on the promise of a redeemer. Jacob's name was changed to Israel. He had twelve sons, they became the twelve tribes of Israel. In
Rev.7 two of these tribes are not mentioned. Abraham had more children besides Ishmael and Isaac. Genesis, 25.1-11 The Jews are God's covenant people. They are called the wife of Jehovah. They were the human family of God to carry his word to the gentiles. The Jews are God's sons by Abraham. We are God's sons by Jesus JN 1:12. God has sons that we don't know, the scriptures do not reveal who they are, though men speculate Gen. 6:3-4, Matt.22:30, Mark 12:25, Heb. I:4, I:14. God's angelic sons are numerous. Ps. 68:7. They observe us. Eccl. 5:6; I Cor. 4:9. God human sons are lower than the angels. Ps 8:4-5. Jews were not engrafted into the angelic family neither gentiles into the Jewish family. We are the other sheep that are not of the Jewish fold. St. John 10:16. St. Mark 9:38. Gentiles That were converted to the Jewish faith were called Proselytes. The family of God is like a big tree. The root is not the limb, nor the branches the fruit, nor the root the leaves. Eph. 3:15, Rom. 11.16-21. Gentiles were grafted in and with the Jews they became partakers of the root. And partakers of the promise Jesus Christ and eternal life. Eph. 1.3-7. Romans 10:4-AV For Christ [is] the end of the law for righteousness to everyone that believeth. Romans 10:5-AV For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them.
CHRISTIANS ARE ENCOURAGED.
Colossians 2:16-AV Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the Sabbath [days]: Colossians 2:17-AV Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body [is] of Christ. Galatians 4:9-AV But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage? Galatians 4:10-AV Ye observe days, and months, and times, and years. Galatians 4:11-AV I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labor in vain. 1 Timothy 1:9-AV Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,
THE NEW COMMANDMENT.
John 13:34-AV A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. 1 John 2:8-AV Again, a new commandment I write unto you, which thing is true in him and in you: because the darkness is past, and the true light now shineth. 2 John 1:5-AV And now I beseech thee, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment unto thee, but that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another. Galatians 5:22-AV But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Galatians 5:23-AV Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
THE NEW LAWS.
James 1:25-AV But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth [therein], he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. James 2:12-AV So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.
SO YOU WANT A LAW TO KEEP? KEEP THESE FIRST.

My version of Christianity is from Ethiopia, not the Christianity of the Americas. Ethiopian Orthodox. The Christianity that Philip the Evangelist brought to the Ethiopian eunuch, and which the eunuch brought back to Ethiopia, and they practice for thousands of years.
