T he black race of people in the Americas does not move since the school system was desegregated. Years ago in Jamaica, West Indies, when the bauxite company was set up, everybody want jobs in that company because the pay was the best on the island. A certain underage boy turns up for employment, he was turned down, the following day he came back again, and he was turned down again. He even dug a tunnel under the fence and came in; finally they employed him and work him almost to death. He refused to turn up for work, after that. Blacks force themselves into the school system, so they were taken in and suffer retardation since. Some things does not worth fighting for, because if you win you still lose.
Start Taking Care Of Our Women:
I saw black women doing the dance-hall things; it is so shameful and disgraceful, while black men standing around taking pictures. We must respect the women, who bares us children, not only black women, but all women. We should not help women to disgrace themselves.
Start Listening To All Of Your Intellectuals.
Black’s people only listening to the intellectuals that are siding with them, however the black intellectuals that criticize black people are also trying to help. Because, somebody will have to point out the rats in the ship, if we do not fix the weak flaws among us there will never be any working together among us.
Black People Must Learn To Take Honest Critizims:
You have to fix the leaks in the ship, you have to drive out the rats out of the ship, and somebody has to point them out, because many people not paying attention to the rats on the ships, until the rats spoiled the food, and the ship drinking water is pissed in by rats. You going to war with a crack sword, and I point it out to you and you hate me instead? You make the returning resident flee. His two maids lost their jobs, his two girlfriends lost their income. The shop he purchases lost a customer, the man that cut his yard, lost his job. There is a whole heap of people who lost revenue because of his flight or because of his death. You cannot bite me and be my friend! You cannot bad mouth me then come back and asks me to work together with you after you traumatized me, and cause me to be walking and looking behind me.
Understanding Causes And Effect:
While growing up in Jamaica, the older men trick us younger men, by telling us that when a girl gave us some vaginas, we must make her bawl, mash her up, make her run, show her that you ruff about here. However, when the girls run, they run all the way home to their papa, and we run out of luck for next time. Most black people I come across have a feast today and famine tomorrow mentality. The canals and rivers that are providing fish for the poor, somebody go and throw explosive in the water, it kills all the fishes. For the next two years, no more fishes in that water. You must understand that you are stopping money from coming into your community, by your actions. Understanding causes and effect, returning residents must come back to share their learning in foreign with the young people, and help to provide employment. Every time we killed a returning resident, then runs and leave, and thirty people out of jobs. Every time we robbed and killed a tourist, twenty stay away. That is another job, gone in the gutter. Our young men need to understand this thing even before they leave home to go to infant school. Do not make your returning residents flee, do not make your visitors flee, and do not make the tradesmen among you flee either. Above all: Listen to your intellectuals, and stop telling them that they are sell out and they have white men educations. Stop asking why they are acting white!

We must stop being envious of each other. When I get my first job as a tailor in May Pen, Clariendon, a famous hungry tailor turns up looking a job, he was employed, he has more skills that all of us. All the other tailor hated him and they quit one by one. I stayed, I praised him daily until he teaches me.

Do Not Make Religion Stop You From Having Children:
One man I know after he was baptized his pastor told him not to have sex, until he married. The guy never has the financial means to get married until he was thirty nine years old. Now he has no children, and said he still loves the Lord, but sorry he did listen to those church people about the sex part. Do not make it cause you to commit abortion either to hide out of marriage sex.

My version of Christianity!
My version of Christianity is from Ethiopia, not the Christianity of the Americas. Ethiopian Orthodox. The Christianity that Philip the Evangelist brought to the Ethiopian eunuch, and which the eunuch brought back to Ethiopia, and they practice for thousands of years.
