T To help people to better their lives, we must first change the way people think. People financial, social, and spiritual life will only change when they change their pattern of thinking, and this have to happen not only to one person but to most of who living in that geographical location.

For example, I always plant corn, but days before I reap my corn, thieves went in and reap it before I do. So the next season I did not plant any, because I know I from previous experience that the thieves in the community would not let me reap. The thieves did not plant, because they were waiting for me to plant. So we both went hungry.

THIRD WORLD PEOPLE ARE LOOKING TO GOVERNMENT OR FOREIGN NATIONS TO MAKE THEM RICH.

To help third world people we must help them to understand the “Balance of power concept” Government works in the people favor only when they see a good balance of power in the community. If you have a M16 rifle and your opponent only have a bow and arrow, the guy that has the M16 rifle will never behave. Because the balance of power is tip in his favour.

If a community has 1000 people live in there. The JLP has 500 and the PNP has 500 that is a good balance of power. If the PNP win 900 of those votes that only leave the JLP with 100, this will take the JLP about 8 years to rank again, are to win back is 400 people and to pose a challenge to the PNP. The PNP is not going to do any thing for that community, even though there are very strong there, because there are no treats to make them do any thing because the balance of power is greatly upset in that community.

To explain what I am trying to say. The Christians believe in one wife, for one husband. Because the Christian wives know this. The least problem in the home they use sex as a mean as getting back at the husband. But when the Christian woman married to a none Christians husband who she know will run around and get another woman, the Christians wife behave.

LOOK AT ALL THE RUN DOWN NEIGHBORHOOD.

Most or the run down neighborhood are community where one party is very strong. There is no need to do any thing for them suckers because we already have them in a bag.

When the people vote in dead men name, and vote in the name of people who overseas, and votes in the name of people who they have killed, they are not helping the country. They are upsetting the balance of power, and it is the balance of power that is going to make the ruling government think and work.

1000 PEOPLE LIVING IN THAT COMMUNITY.

The winner must only win by 50. That mean if he is not doing any good, it only takes 51 people to vote him out the next 4 years. He does not want to be voted out so he builds road, school, and hospitals and put police stations in the community to catch criminals.

GOING AROUND WITH GUNS KILLING EACH OTHER AT ELECTIONS TIME.

This is not helping the country, but destroying the balance of power. Any time a government wins by a landside victory, hell to that country the next four years. The people better buckle their belts. You need to catch all the political gunmen in the community and put them in prison, because they are not helping.

THE PROBLEM IS NOT GOD’S DOING IT IS NOT THE GOVERNMENT DOING, IT IS THE PEOPLE DOING.
