C ounterfeit ministers and false prophets down through the ages have done a lot of damage to the saints of God. They manage to creep in among the saints and have sway, because it is not easy to identify them. However, once you have learned to identify them, you will save yourself from a lot of trouble. Morality is not the true test to know genuine ministers of God. Because both the saints and the sinners have problem with sin, some time or another along the road of life.
Bad doctrines are not necessarily a part of the test. Many people have a bad doctrine due to lack of knowledge, but are genuinely a saints of God.
Since the last thirty years, I have seen a revival of modifications of doctrines from churches. Also false ministers are taking cover under the umbrellas of genuine denominations, and are bound to uphold the doctrines of those denominations. So if doctrines is what you are going to be using to know the different between the true and the false, you will be searching for a long time with little are no success.
To know a counterfeit minister it is the spirit that they have in them claiming to be the Holy Spirit, and the selfish money needs that make them false. If a Minister does not have the spirit of Christ, he /she is not a son of God. Now it is up to you the saint to do a study on the spirit of Christ, and see the difference between Christ spirit and the spirit of the world.
Romans 8:9 (KJV) However, ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
THE GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT MUST NOT BE CONFUSED WITH THE FRUITS OF THE SPIRIT.
A false minister will displayed a variety of the gifts of the spirit, but cannot fake the fruit of the spirit.
THESE ARE CALL THE GIFT OF THE SPIRIT. SATAN MINISTERS KNOW HOW TO FAKE THEM.
1 Cor. 12:7-10 (KJV) But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. [8] For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; [9] To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; [10] To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:
Galatians 5:22 (KJV) But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
Ephes. 5:9 (KJV) (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth;)
1 Cor. 13:1-6 (KJV) Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. [2] And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. A genuine minister of Christ tries to connect the people to Christ, while the fake ministers try to connect the people to themselves. Will hug you, kiss you and as your back turn they conspired against you.
NOT ALL WHO PREACHES THE GOSPEL IS DOING IT FOR THE LOVE OF CHRIST.
Philip. 1:15-16 (KJV) Some indeed preach Christ even of envy and strife; and some also of good will: [16] The one preach Christ of contention, not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my bonds:
2 Cor. 11:13-15 (KJV) For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. [14] And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. [15] Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

2. They walk in craftiness (2 Cor. 4:2).

16. They are destitute of apostolic signs (2 Cor. 12:12).
Thirty-four other marks of false ministers:
1. They lead people away from God (Deut. 13:1-5).
2. They speak presumptuously (Deut. 18:20).
3. They propagate errors (Proverbs 19:27; Isaiah 3:12; Jeremiah 23:32).
4. They have no sense of righteousness (Isaiah 5:20; Jeremiah 11; Jeremiah 14; Jeremiah 32). 5. They are destitute of light (Isaiah 8:19-20).
6. They teach lies (Isaiah 9:14-16).
7. They live like sinners (Isaiah 28:7).
8. They are ignorant of spiritual things (Isaiah 29:10-11; Isaiah 56:10-12; Jeremiah 2:8; Hosea 4:6).
9. They compromise truth (Isaiah 30:10).
31. 10. They are greedy and lazy (Isaiah 56:10-12). .
32. 11. They deal falsely (Jeremiah 6:13; Ezekiel 22:27). .
33. 12. They do not pray (Jeremiah 10:21). .
34. 13. They destroy and scatter (Jeremiah 12:10; Jeremiah 23:1). .
35. 14. They preach lies (Jeremiah 14:13-16). .
36. 15. They commit adultery (Jeremiah 23:14). .
37. 16. They encourage sin (Jeremiah 23:14; Ezekiel 13:22). .
17. They are deceitful (Jeremiah 48:10; Ezekiel 13:10; Romans 16:18; Ephes. 4:14; Col. 2:4-8; 2 Tim. 3:6-13).

A COUNTERFEITS MINISTER IS AND EXPERT MIND POISONERS.
It takes time to love a genuine minister, because you have to grow to understand him or her. Also, it will take time for the bad things you heard about them to fade away, so you can see the real goodness of the person. Not so with the false ones, they know how to hide behind a smoke screen, and make you love them.
They can poisoned the mind and spirit of a person, and turn you against the person that lead you to Christ, in order to take you away to their church, to build up their crowd. They can win over the spirit of a wife or daughter easily. They are very good when it comes to controlling and lead women strays. They can make the husbands leave while keeping the wife and daughters.
They have good facial warming and greeting. In other words, a counterfeits minister is somebody that you can fall in love with easy, they are one of the nicest people. Until you get to know them. They are so skill that they can make anybody borrow money on their house and handed it over to them. If you want to know people skill, the best person to learn from is the false prophet. The genuine prophets are too honest, to teach people skill. Before you go on into your own ministry you should spent at least one year under the ministry of a false prophet if you are strong. If you are week, you will be corrupted.

44. 25. They are blind (Matthew 15:14). .
45. 26. They cause divisions (Romans 16:17; 1 Cor. 11:18; Phil. 1:15-16). .
27. They corrupt truth (2 Cor. 2:17).
46. 28. They teach doctrines of devils (1 Tim. 4). .
29. They have a seared conscience (1 Tim. 4:2). 47. .
30. They are proud and perverse (1 Tim. 6:3-21; 2 Tim. 2:14-18; Titus 1:10-14). 48. .
49. They teach damnable heresies (2 Peter 2:1; 2 John 1:7-11) .
32. They deny Christ in actions (2 Peter 2:1; 1 John 4:1-6).
33. They are consecrated to destroy the Christian faith (2 Peter 2:1-19; Jude 1:4-11).
34. They are hypocrites (notes on Matthew 7:15; Matthew 23:1-33; Luke 11:35).
WHAT BROUGHT COUNTERFEIT PROPHETS AND COUNTERFEIT MINISTERS TO THE CHURCH?
A part of identifying false ministers is to know what they after. What brought them to the church are money, women, and easy living. The church is a rich breeding ground for money hungry people. It is also one of the best places to find clean, rich, and hard up women. Women who boasted by day that all they ever need is Jesus but deep in the night they found out that, they could use something else along with Jesus.
2 Tim 3.6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, [7] Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. [8] Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
THE FALSE MINISTERS HAVE AND OUTWARD FORM OF GODLINESS.
2 Tim. 3:5-8 (KJV) Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
FALSE MINISTERS CANNOT CONVERT PEOPLE THEY ONLY DRAW MEMBERS FROM OTHER CHURCHES.
Acts 20:29-30 (KJV) For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. [30] Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.
False ministers have a controlling spirit, they own your souls and pocket. The believe that God gave them a mandate for your life. any time you leave that church for another one, they spread a sea of rumors about you.
FALSE MINISTERS ARE EXCELLENT MANIPULATORS.
3 John 1:9-10 (KJV) I wrote unto the church: but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence among them, receiveth us not. [10] Wherefore, if I come, I will remember his deeds which he doeth, prating against us with malicious words: and not content therewith, neither doth he himself receive the brethren, and forbiddeth them that would, and casteth them out of the church.
False ministers are excellent manipulators; they can separate a wife from a husband, or a son from a father.
FINANCIAL PROSPERITY IS NOT A SIGN THAT GOD IS WITH A MINISTRY.
Rev. 3:14-18 (KJV) And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; [15] I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. [16] So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. [17] Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: [18] I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
LARGE FOLLOWING AND QUICK GROWTH IS NOT A SIGN THAT GOD IS WHIT A MINISTRY IS NOT WITH IT.
Luke 6:26 (KJV) Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.
Proverbs 15:12 (KJV) A scorner loveth not one that reproveth him: neither will he go unto the wise.
2 Peter 2:1 (KJV) But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
1 John 4:1 (KJV) Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
A FALSE MINISTER CAN GET A LARGE GATHERING QUICKER THAN A GENUINE MINISTERS CAN.
2 Tim. 4:3 (KJV) For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
Proverbs 15:12 (KJV) A scorner loveth not one that reproveth him: neither will he go unto the wise.
A false minister does not have the oppositions like what a good minister of Christ had. False ministers have no oppositions from Satan. Some of the time Satan gives a false minister a false persecutions and even mortars to make them look real.
THE MAIN DOCTRINES OF THE FALSE MINISTERS.
One tenth of your paycheck. Giving money to the ministry is one of the foundation reasons for Christians to receive a blessing. Because every soul that, that money help, you have a part in that soul. But counterfeit ministers make this the only doctrines in the Bible. All sermons eventually end up on giving. No matter how it started out it always end right back on money. Because money is what they are there for. What do you think they do with all that money? Every dime end up right back in vaginas. If the false ministers can get the money let them take it. Because men like me will never get a dime. If they can get the vaginas let them make use of it. One woman curses me out and told me that I do not have it, and when I get it I must take it.
WHAT DOES THE NEW TESTAMENT SAY ABOUT GIVING?
I already have an article on (giving) so I will not go deep into it here again.
YOU MUST DECIDE IN YOUR HEART HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO GIVE.
2 Cor. 9:7 (KJV) Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
YOU MUST GIVE AS GOD PROSPERED YOU.
1 Cor. 16:2 (KJV) Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.
Isaiah 56:10-57:1 (KJV) His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber. [11] Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter. [12] Come ye, say they, I will fetch wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and to morrow shall be as this day, and much more abundant. [57:1] The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come.

1. They are blind (Isaiah 56:10).
2. They are ignorant.
3. They are like dumb dogs.
4. They cannot bark.
5. They love sleep.
6. They are lazy.
7. They are greedy dogs (Isaiah 56:11).
8. They are covetous.
9. They are ignorant shepherds.
10. They are selfish.
11. Everyone is consecrated to gain.
12. They live in pleasure, drunkenness, and increased revellings (Isaiah 56:12).
THE SPIRIT TEST.
1 John 4:1-3 (KJV) Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
SATAN HAS LEARNED A NEW TRICK SINCE THIS VERSE WAS WRITTEN. 1 John 4. 2
[2] Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: [3] And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
The word of God is so widely publicized now that if a minister says anything contrary to this verse people will came down on him right away. Even many Muslims are now saying that Jesus came for real.
DEMONS FAKING THE GIFT OF TONGUES.
Many churches today embrace the doctrine of speaking in other tongues. And almost all of them say the evidence of being filled with the Holy Spirit is speaking in other tongues. Satanic spirits take advantage of this, and many time came to church and pretend to be the Holy Spirit, and immediately gain access to the pulpit just because they jump up, make noise, and begin to speak in tongues.
A PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.
I was into a prominent church, praying in the Church’s prayer room. Suddenly a girl came in, speaking in tongues, and jumping. My back was turned toward her, I feel an urges not to turn my back to her. I sit there looking at her. I get the witness that a foul spirit possessed her.
I got up and make two-steps toward her, when she flew up in the air like fighting chicken and came down upon my self and another brother, we had to run back in the corner of the prayer room and bawl out to the spirit” I rebuke you” I rebuke you” What I want to say is” I rebuke you in Jesus name” But could not say it. The brother was saying “In Jesus name” The demons came out of her, just as if a shadow departed out of her. Two minutes later the shadow came back with the pastor’s wife and some of the leading women of the church. They tell me every word in the book and. “ Dare you coming in here rebuking the Holy Spirit”
They throw me out. The girl also went along with the brother and me. She begins to talk. She told us that she was in her house on her bed reading her Bible, when the same spirit take her and throw her on the floor. Then told her to rip up the Bible. She knows that it was not the Holy Spirit. Every time she visited a church the same spirit would take her, and no body would help her because they all say it is the Holy Spirit. Only because it is speaking in tongues and saying Jesus name.
Mark 9:25 (KJV) When Jesus saw that the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him.
FALSE MINISTER AND YOUNG MINISTER WANT TO BE.
False minister do not like zealous Christians. Every thing is all well and good until you begin to get your own visions and having your own spiritual ambitions. Any time you begin to come up to shoulder height with them, then they begin to try to cut your throat. All will be well when you will walk behind them carrying their attaché case.
You begin to lift up your wings and want to fly" So you refuse to be the shoeshine boy noh!! You want to fly? You get big now! The shoeshine job get to your head! You want to share the pulpit now? Well we just have to carve you up like turkey.
They begin to carve you up like a turkey. Give you a bad name, plant a mountain of negativism against you. If you do not run, you stay there until they slow poison you spiritually.
FINALLY:
Counterfeit ministers do not have a genuine Holy Spirit. They have a spirit but not the spirit of Christ. They do not love any body with the genuine spirit of Christ. They will tell you right up front that their spirit does not mesh with your spirit. In fact from they see the genuine Holy Spirit person coming they sometime swell up like a frog. They love people that can be led like mindless sheep.
Galatians 5:22-23 (KJV) But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, [23] Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
Ephes. 5:9 (KJV) (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)
1 John 4:20 (KJV) If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
1 John 1:7 (KJV) But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
2 Tim. 3:3 (KJV) Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
2 Cor. 3:17 (KJV) Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
SOMETIME ONLY JESUS CAN HELP US:
Matthew 6:33-AV But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Isaiah 55:6-AV Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Isaiah 55:7-AV Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
LOOK AT THE BENEFITS OF BECOMING A CHRISTIAN:
How does a person become a Christian, and are sure that he/she is save? First the person must know that he/she is a sinner and need deliverance from the lord.
Romans 3:23 (KJV) for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Galatians 3:22 (KJV) But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.
THE SINNER MUST BELIEVE THAT THERE IS A GOD:
Hebrews 11:6 NKJV But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
THE SINNER MUST BELIEVE THAT GOD IS READY TO FORGIVE HIM:
Isaiah 55:7 (KJV)Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
THE SINNER MUST BELIEVE THAT CHRIST DIED FOR HIM:
Romans 5:6 (KJV) For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
Romans 5:8 (KJV)But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
1 Cor. 15:3-8 (KJV) For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; [4] And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: [5] And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: [6] After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. [7] After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. [8] And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time.
MUST BELIEVE THAT GOD CAN KEEP HIM:
Ephes. 3:20 (KJV) Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
Jude 1:24 (KJV) Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,
PERFECTING THE SAINTS IS A WORK OF GOD:
1 Peter 5:10 (KJV) But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, establish, strengthen, settle you.
THE SINNER MUST KNOW THAT ONLY JESUS CAN SAVE THEM:
Acts 4:12 (KJV) Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
THE SINNER MUST MAKE A DECISION TODAY:
Isaiah 1:18 (KJV) Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
2 Cor. 6:2 (KJV) (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)
BOW YOUR HEAD AND PRAY THIS PRAYER:
Lord I am a sinner and need your salvation. Forgive all my sins. I accept your son Jesus as my savior today.
We can sing with the song writer" I rise walk in heaven’s own light above the world and sin with heart made pure and garments white, and Christ en-throned with in. The cleansing stream I see I see I plunge, and O It cleans-eth me. O praise the Lord, it cleans-eth me, it cleans-eth me yes, cleans-eth me."
DROP ALL PRE-CONCEIVE IDEAS OF CHRISTIANITY:
Drop all preconceived ideas of Christianity because these conflict with the reality of Christianity. The lord will live the life through you day by day. You do not drop things from your life on your own. The spirit of God will walk you out of sins in his own time.
FIRST HUMBLING YOU:
Ephes. 2:8-9 (KJV)For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: [9] Not of works, lest any man should boast.
If you stop sins and get holy before God’s timing you will begin to boast how it is your own magnetism got you so far, then you became a source of discouragement to others. Therefore, you are going to stuck upon a sin or two. The sin always getting the better of you. This will push you to always accept God’s grace, and to see your own frailness.
1 John 1:8 (KJV) If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
TO CONTINUE GROWING IN GOD:
1 Peter 2:2 (KJV) As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:
2 Peter 1:5-10 (NKJV) But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, 6 to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, 7 to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. 8 For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins. 10 Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble.
FINDING OUT YOUR CALLING:
When I was newly save, the believers always, ask me if I know the will of God for my life! I never really know what they were talking about. Every person that was saved had a mission and a gift. However, because you are just a babe in Christ you do not know any of these. As you go on with the lord his will for you will unfolds day bay day. Do not run off and make any big commitment. Your mate has to be tailor made for you by God. You are now a citizen of heaven. Heaven does not rule by democracy. You cannot serve God with democratic mind set.

Seven Ways that People Can Spoil Christians:
1. Through philosophy (Col. 2:8)
2. Through vain deceit (Col. 2:4,8,18-19)
3. Through human traditions (Col. 2:8)
4. Through human religion and world principles contrary to the gospel (Col. 2:8,14-23; note, §Galatians 4:3)
5. Through circumcision (Col. 2:11-13; Acts 15:1; Romans 4:9-16; Galatians 5:1-11)
6. Through the law of Moses, demanding observance of the laws on meats, drinks, holy days, new moons, feasts, and sabbaths (Col. 2:14-17)
7. Through cults that puff up and imitate the gospel (Col. 2:18-23)
By all these means, unsuspecting souls are being carried off as plunder and booty by false teachers. The founders of false religions and human philosophies which pamper the flesh and give their victims elated feelings of importance make an appeal to them.
Christianity is loaded down with some false concept. Some little believe system, which are spread by false believers. One of such teaching is that you must “Look like Christians” How does Christians look? Genuine Christianity is not an external thing but of the heart and spirit.
Micah 6:8 (KJV)He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?
When cults capture a newly converted Christians, the cult first job on that new believer is to close their mind. Preventing the new believer from reading any material from other churches. So that new believer will never get out of their trap.

Romans 8:23 (KJV) And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.
Our bodies were not save at conversion. The work of redemption took place in your spirit man. Our body will be redeemed at the return of our lord. We are still waiting for the redemption of our body.
According to Philip 3:20-21 and Romans 8:23. You are still going to have urges. You have to present your body to the lord as a living sacrifice. Not dead one. Living sacrifice give trouble, you will have trouble keeping that body tied to the altar. However, as you and I grow in the lord what seem impossible will be quite possible.
